چکیده

The failure-time data analysis and testing methods are unsuitable for reliability analysis of such highly reliable products. Degradation data can particularly in applications in which few or no failures are expected, provide considerably more reliability information than would be available from traditional censored failure-time data. High – power white light – emitting diodes (HPWLEDs) have attracted much attention in the lighting market. However, as one of the highly reliable electronic products with may be not likely to fail under the traditional life test or even accelerated life test. In this paper, the general degradation – data – driven method (DDDM).Which is based on the general degradation path model, was used to predict the reliability of HPWLED through analyzing the lumen maintenance data collected from the IES LM-80-08 lumen maintenance test standard. It is a big challenge to obtain sufficient amount of time-to-failure data by testing such products under the normal operating environments and sometimes even under harsher conditions.

Accelerated degradation models for failure based on geometric Brownian motion and gamma processes.

Based on a generalized cumulative damage approach with a stochastic process describing degradation, new accelerated life test models are presented in which both observed failures and degradation measures can be considered for parametric inference of system lifetime. Incorporating an accelerated test variable, we provide several new accelerated degradation models for failure based on the geometr...

Inference from accelerated degradation and failure data based on Gaussian process models.

An important problem in reliability and survival analysis is that of modeling degradation together with any observed failures in a life test. Here, based on a continuous cumulative damage approach with a Gaussian process describing degradation, a general accelerated test model is presented in which failure times and degradation measures can be combined for inference about system lifetime. Some ...

Availability and Reliability Measures for Multistate System by Using Markov Reward Model

This paper describes some models and measures of reliability for multistate systems. The expected cumulative reward for the continuous time Markov reward models are used for deriving the structure function for a multistate system where the system and its components can have different performance levels ranging from perfect functioning to complete failure. The suggested approach presents with re...
